Participle constructions sollen gebildet werden und ich bin mir nicht sicher ob ich es richtig habe :
1. Because Kevin was scared, he didnt know what to do. -> Not knowing what to do, Kevin was scared.
2.Even though he wanted to help her, he didnt know how. -> Even though wanting to help her, he didnt know how.
3.Because Kevin didnt have the courage to break up with Sarah in person, he sent her a text message. -> Not having the courage to break up with Sarah in person, he sent her a text message.
